This organic cotton fabric features the Putkinotko pattern, which is printed in Helsinki.
Maija Isola designed the Putkinotko fabric in 1957 as part of the Luonto (nature) series, in which real plants were used to create photogram-like prints. Putkinotko features wild angelica (Angelica sylvestris) whose leaves have already withered away, leaving behind the stalk and the semi-spherical seed heads.
Please note that cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose wisely.
NB: When multiple repeats are ordered they will be sent as one continuous piece of fabric.
