Feeling a little deflated? Missing the spring in your step? The Hoptimist can fix that.
With a light bop on the head, its bouncy movement will soon have you feeling bouyant again, thanks to its springy body.
First conceptualised in 1968 by Danish woodturner Hans Gustav Ehrenreich, the Hoptimist characters Bumble and Bimble were designed to inspire joy and optimism in what was a turbulent decade. Their whimsical form inspired a generation, and cemented Ehrenreich’s place in the history of modern Scandinavian design.
Having re-launched in 2009, there is now a Hoptimist suited to every aesthetic, hobby and personality.
