Hans Gustav Ehrenreich (1917–1984) was a Danish woodturner, cabinetmaker, and designer whose Hoptimist series became famous in the late 1960s. His aim to spread joy & optimism through the creation of the Hoptimist characters Bimble and Bumble earnt him a place in Danish design history which endures to this day.
