Georg Jensen Sky Wine Carafe & Coaster

A glass carafe, with a custom-shaped mirror-polished stainless steel coaster, designed to catch errant droplets of wine, and prevent any would-be stains.

Honour great wine with really great barware. With a slender neck and dimple at the base, this refined glass decanter is simple to hold and to pour from. It not only lets wine breathe and aerate, but also turns wine-appreciation into an artistic, aesthetically pleasing affair.

French-born Aurelien Barbry begins the design process by studying the use of an object. He then works back to create the most simple, effective, and striking example of said object. Barbry’s design approach is boldly expressed throughout his Sky bar collection.
