Koi Knives was founded in 2015 by old school friends Ramon Elzinga & Shannon Dolman in Adelaide, South Australia.
They design and make beautiful kitchen knives, BBQ tools, and barware using Japanese steel and Australian handles. Working with high-performance materials such as Damascus steel, VG10, Garolite, and ethically sourced hardwoods, the team is passionate about innovation and creativity in the world of culinary tools.
