Dale Hardiman and Adam Lynch met while studying Furniture Design at RMIT, and then went on to take Honours in Industrial Design together.  They have since founded Lab de Studio together in 2011, Dowel Jones in 2013 and both lecture in Industrial Design at RMIT.
