Tove Marika Jansson was a Swedish-speaking Finnish novelist, painter, illustrator and comic strip author. Her Moomintroll series has been loved and collected by generations.
For her contribution as a children’s writer Jansson received the Hans Christian Andersen Medal in 1966.
The images from the Moomintroll series are printed on Arabia Teema mugs by Kaj Franck (now available as an Iittala product).
