Hamish Dobbie is a
mechanical engineer from Auckland whose experience lies in product development
and manufacturing. He developed the Yolkr ââ¬â a product that separates the yolk
from egg whites – using Kickstarter to seek funding and successfully launched
in early 2013 after an overwhelming amount of interest.
