Since completing his Master of Visual Arts at Sydney College of Arts, University of Sydney in 2003, Hall has exhibited extensively with his work featured in By Example, Australian Contemporary Jewellery at The Museum of Arts and Crafts in Itami, Japan, 2010. In 2003, Christian undertook a residency at Surrey Institute of Art and Design, UK as part of the HAT (Here and there) project. He has been a sessional lecturer at both the University of South Australia and Adelaide College of the Arts. In 2009 he became the Creative Director of the Metal Design studio at JamFactory.
