So how does it work?
Inside the centre section is an hourglass shaped section. As the wine moves from a wide aperture to a narrow aperture it creates the Venturi effect. A vacuum occurs and air is sucked rapidly through the small hole in the side of the pourer. This rush of air oxygenates the wine before it passes through an eight hole filter and into your glass.
