Patrick Senior
Patrick and Mieke Senior established Indeco in 1992 from Patrick's desire to bring his own designs to the market place. INDECO stands for INovative DEsign COmpany. Patrick's innovative kitchenware designs seek a fine balance between clean simple lines and function, exemplified by the soup ladle which was acquired by the Tasmanian Wood Design Collection in 1993.
Patrick is inspired by his natural surroundings and his workshop is located in an idyllic spot on the banks of the Tamar river at Swan Point. He chooses to design utilitarian products utilizing Tasmanian and other salvaged locally grown timbers. Patrick strives for an ‘elegant simplicity' to his work.
